Sometimes glazing is peeling off the sides/back/front.. sometimes glazing is all warped and uneven around the edges/not smooth, sometimes there is cracking on the inside flap.. one bag I ordered had a big crease on the inside flap.. tons of scratches on the top handle, and stitching problems.
