The successful respirator designs of Great Britain, France and Germany were all considered for design reference. The British Small Box was ultimately chosen. The mask itself is in extremely good condition. The rubberized inside of the facepice has no holes, cracks, tears or dryrot anywhere and shows no signs of hardening. It is still completely flexible. The harness is also in almost mint condition without any damage.
